Ported HR management application from a native Windows client to an Online SharePoint solution

Business Continuity Planning

Created Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for major company consisting of a DR Plan, Incident Management Plan, IT Continuity Plan, and Business Resumption Plan

Developed business dashboards to display KPIs related to productivity of teams, customer SLA KPIs, billing and collections KPIs

Business System Automation

Developed an application that generated CPT codes from medical reports to improve billing accuracy for a medical billing and collection company. Developed an Invoice Management System that would generate invoices using account-specific contract rates for a medical services company. Designed, coded, and implemented ambulance dispatch, EMR, and billing system with mobile interfaces

Content Management System

Developed public website and content management application for the government office of a major Texas county

Developed a system that will take data from digital paper using electronic ink technology into a SharePoint system for review and processing

Implemented BI Solution and configured SSRS, PowerPivot, and Excel Services to create dashboards in SharePoint

Migrated approximately 2,000 websites for a major oil and gas company from on-premise SharePoint systems to a cloud service provider.

Created a geo-mapping iPhone app for a professional sport association and custom iPhone and iPad calendar extender for general consumption. Ported Microsoft Project Server functionality to iPad via iOS custom application.
